We drink this product as part of a programme, and I find it an excellent offer! I recommend it. I selected this oil based on its price-quality ratio, and I regularly use a lot of products from this manufacturer. The bottle lasts quite a while; we take three drops three times a day, for both myself and my husband. I’m pleased with the results, as we have been undergoing blood testing and the outcomes are positive. Therefore, I recommend this product.

Awful. This product has a strange and unpleasant smell, which is disturbing. When applying it to the skin, I can't feel any spice, just the unpleasant flavour. More importantly, it doesn't seem to have the expected effect. I've used the same essential oils from another store for many years, and they have always had a pleasant smell and effectively enhanced blood circulation and promoted wound healing. Unfortunately, my first experience purchasing this item from Iherb has been very disappointing. I’m not sure if Iherb is aware of this discrepancy in quality compared to the same product from other retailers.
